Relative Pronouns and Subjunctive

the use you make of the subjunctive in the relative clause is not correct. Both sentences La barca che voglia comprare è nuova and Il cane che abbiano preso non abbaia would sound weird to an Italian, just use the indicative in these sentences. You could use the subjunctive in the relative clause instead to express an aim or a desire. See the difference:
La barca che vuole comprare è nuova (he's already found a boat he wants to buy and it's new)
Vuole comprare una barca che sia nuova (he's looking for a boat and that should be new)
Il cane che hanno preso non abbaia (they got a dog and he doesn't bark)
Vogliono prendere un cane che non abbai (they want to buy a dog who shouldn't bark)
I hope it's more clear now!!
