When I was a little kid, I remember a convenience store in Dallas called 7 11. I asked the clerk why the store had a funny name and he pointed to the door and told me to read the sign. It said, open 7 am, closed 11 pm. There's another store called am pm. probably named for the same reason.
iciek, 7 11 is also a reference to the freak born in Japan in 1946 who had 7 fingers and 11 toes.

I'm not inclined to assist you until I know who or what it is you want to report.
Would you like to have a word with the person first before causing problems for someone? That would be the high road to take.

Uneducated people will spell it flem.
High brows and ancestors of the King will spell it phlegmn.
Misspelling was an instant and silent clue a person was a commoner just in case missing teeth and body odor wasn't a dead give-away.
