I had a patient who did this constantly, whether awake or asleep. It could be heard for quite some distance. For the life of me, I don't see how she could stand the noise!

One of those engineers needs to make a robot that would hit politicians every time they do something stupid.
Then again, they would need to replace the robot every day. It would not be cost effective.
