are the sentences grammatically correct?


in the second sentence can I use "can instead of could" if yes then pls explain.

hi,

the army does not commit mistakes.

the army does not commits a mistake.
army does not commit mistake.

Q1) are all of above questions correct.

cow gives milk. (if I have to tell in a general sense that the cow gives milk)

then should I add "the" before COW WORD?
