In Ukraine, the percentage of a realtor for a real estate transaction is on average 2 to 5% of the property price. It may be included in the price of the apartment, and any of the parties to the transaction by agreement may pay for the services of a broker.

Thank you for the ban) But what do you say about the “martial law” in Ukraine and the attempts to seize Wnet and Lanet telecommunication providers? Moscow hand? Lanet was the first to disable the Russian TV and social networks from major providers, and Wnet was very active in helping our Ukrainian army.
“Martial law” suits only Poroshenko, and in 2014-2015, when it was much worse at the front, this was not the case. Simply, the Presidential election would be postponed to a later date, in the autumn of 2019, which is advantageous for Poroshenko, who has a rating of about 10% (in 2014, he had more than 50% support for voters).

According to the Ukrainian TV and radio period after Maidan, the Crimea and the Donbass were unprofitable for the country. On the contrary, Ukraine was supposed to flourish. Maybe it was the robbers in the government of Ukraine? What does Wales have to do with it?)

The aggressive policy of the Ukrainian authorities, the killing and violence of the Ukrainian army were also mentioned in the OSCE.

It is not necessary to twist) Western Ukraine, which seeks to become part of Europe, can be, at best, its backyards, which it is better not to show to anyone. The owner does not show guests a cesspool.

I am from Ukraine (Kiev), and I want to say that after Maidan, or as the authorities call it, the Revolution of Dignity, life has become much worse for everyone. Half of the country hates Russia, half treats it well. The eastern part of Ukraine dreams of Russia (not like the Crimea, but the attitude of residents to Russians is much better), the whole of Western Ukraine wants to be in Europe. But ... They consider themselves Europeans, but they drink and throw garbage right on the streets, and for the idea of their own independence they are ready to kill even their own wife, if the political views do not coincide.

As for the bad attitude of Russians towards Europe and America, this is chauvinism in places and nothing more than confusion.
