Pray Dear french Gurus, thanks a lot for your help. I'm just trying to follow the extraordinary train of thoughts of a brilliant french mathematician, which is no more available... Boo hoo!
Please correct me, if I'm wrong:
1. (cleared).
2. On peut intégrer par partes.
3. en effet, les terms entre crochets de la première ligne s'annulent, a cause du X...
4. On, d'après ...
5. Attention, les 2 dernières expressions se simplifient par s=1 par exemple. On obtient finalement: ...
6. Attention, dans les 2 dernières integrales ? ci-dessous, la machine suppose implicitement que X. En fait, tout converge: ...
7. Ca limite A=B; alors ...
8. Si je n'ai pas fait d'erreurs avec les divisions on a...
9. le development limité en voisinage de X donnerait alors: ...
10. le calcul pédestre peut etre fait depuis ? pour s=1, on retrouve bien ...

And my possible translations (thanks google):
1. It is known that f2 is a periodic function of period π / k. We can therefore calculate the sum between 2nπ / k, which give 2n times the sum between 0 and π / k.
2. One can integrate by parts.
3. indeed, the terms in brackets in the first line cancel, due to X...
4. Is, according...
5. Attention: the last 2 expressions are simplified by s = 1, for example. We finally obtain:...
6. Beware, in the last two integrals ? below, implicitly assumes the machine that X. In fact, everything converges ...
7. ? limit A=B; so...
8. If I did not make any mistakes with the divisions on a...
9. limited development in the vicinity of X would then:...
10. the calculation ? can be done from ? for s = 1, we recover ...

(where the ?s are not yet cleared words)

Thanks again, I owe you one beer Pray
Saludos desde México.

Hi everybody,

I don't know french and I'm trying to "decode" the french sentences appearing in the following pictures (where "?" stands for unknown/illegible words to me):
My guess: "? ? que f2 est une function periodique, de periode X. ? jeut donc calculer la summe entre 0 et X, ? ? 2n fais la summe entre 0 et X"
My guess: "? jeut integer san partes"
My guess: "en effet, les terms entre crochets de la premiere ligne s'annulent, a ? du"
My guess: "?, d'apres Maple V"
My guess: "Attention, les 2 ? expresions se simplifient per s=1 per exemple. ? obtient finalement:"
My guess: "Attention, dans les 2 ? integrales ? ?-?, la machine suppose implicitement que X. En fait, ? converge:"
My guess: "Cas limite A=B; alors"
My guess: "Si je m'? ? fait d'? avec les ?, en a"
My guess: "le ? limité ? de X donnesait alors:"
My guess: "le calcul ? jeut ? fait ? ? san s=1, en ? bien"

I'm really sorry for not being able to reproduce exactly the french words and any help would be really appreciated.
Thank you.
