I like turkey ONCE A YEAR....and than a nice serving of 'Pernil' (Roast Pork with the skin nice and crisp.....mmmmmmmm). Of course, I'm the one who makes it....its in the oven NOW....and with 'Arroz con Gandules', I would also make 'Spatzle" from scratch (have to cater to my heritages) with a delicious pork gravy
I also make a great stuffing....excaelis....if you're good I might give you the recipe

Give thanks everyday not just on one specified day. You will go far if you do this.

Today we should be thankful for the freedoms we could have if it weren't for the republican base and the vile Supreme Courts ruling that rich corporations can and do fund the political process for their own personal greed. Need I go on???????

I have often wondered just what occurs within the minds of those holly Pilgrims that escape from religious intolerance only to dictate their narrow minded beliefs' upon all others, once they have established themselves.
