Quite true. The strategy of the enemy is more important. Once it is shattered, the enemy takes no time to surrender.

I'm not into war, so I wouldn't know. It does sound plausible.

War is murder. As such should be fought by the politicians and old men that encourage create and make money from it. An abomination.

In war, and in other activities, it's vital to understand what your opponent is seeking, so that you can predict his future actions and know what he values.

In order to do it, you must at least to respect your enemy, don't make it caricature - which don't worth your deepest thoughts. Let's start with the girlfriend. Am I right, sweetheart?

Another Sun Tzu quote:

"Subtle and insubstantial, the expert leaves no trace; divinely mysterious, he is inaudible. Thus he is master of his enemy's fate."

The concept of war need not apply exclusively to combat.

We are at war with ourselves, with time...

This is so very true, yet it would seem that these words are very seldom followed.

Yes, and the supreme act of defense is to have a strategy that your victims don't even know exists!

Specifically, set up a fraudulent debt based monetary Trojan Horse that systematically bankrupts people as you counterfeit education (learning how to think and apply intellectual self-defense) with schooling (operant conditioning to offer intellectual obeisance to the debt money financed authority as the PRIMARY goal).

Applied 5th grade level math tells us that if the Debt Money Monopoly lends society/government $3 billion @ 5% interest (take the Ukraine borrowing $3 billion debt money Euros as an example of this), the debtor will owe $3.15 billion after one year's time due to double entry bookkeeping adjustments that add $150 million as an interest liability to society and $150 million as an interest asset to the Debt Money Monopoly.

An educated person could work through this 5th grade math and reach the 2+2=4 style conclusion.

A schooled person can't resist the fallacy induced by Orwellian crimestop to take control of their cognitive process and present delusion as reality.

The monetary system itself is fraudulent Trojan Horse mechanism ENGINEERED by the "feudal lords" to increase their wealth and control over society. Period.

Wealth Inequality Engineered Is A Feature of Debt Based Money
http://www.positivemoney.org/issues/inequality/

Since the general population is so nescient of this reality and nescient of the systematic method of thinking that reveals the applied 5th grade math.

The war mongers killed Kennedy. And his brother.

Both had to die or the Operations Northwoods-like false flag operation could not have been implemented to wage the international war crime known as the Vietnam War.

While there is less evidence to implicate the usual suspects, it is plausible they killed his son as well - he had the potential to go far politically and there were likely documents in government that he would seek out...

The war mongers are the Debt Money Monopolists - the financiers, the hand that gives, is greater than the borrower, the hand that takes.

"All war is deception."
~Sun Tzu

"The best warriors never have to fight."
~Sun Tzu

You've been deceived. Your society is being systematically bankrupted via a fraudulent debt money monetary Trojan Horse that has already made the "middle class" wholely dependent on debt and, once the debt is taken away by the Debt Money Monopoly, probably 80-90% of the middle class will be impoverished as their physical wealth is extracted as thought they were a war victor.

Yikes! Lots of political/war posturing going on with this thread. The anti war people always seem to come off more violent than the folks just pushing back the obvious onslaught of war and political corruption.

I have a sister who could shock and awe...surprise attack yous' guys back to your caves. ;-}

You said the same thing as did Sunzu: to win without fight. The US foreign policy, however, is to pick a fight everywhere. Pivot to Asia, bomb ISIS, sanction the Russian, fuxk the EU, monitor everyone.

The only winner is the MI complex. Middle class be damned.

I guess the "game is over" if one does not have a strategy to begin with! Any Militant Islam theories come to mind Mr. President?

This made me remember "Jumong - a Korean drama" that I just watched...Jumong counterattacked his enemy's strategies that was why he was able to conquer many lands...

But what is most effective in war is to understand the enemy's strategy, before any attack.
