What are the correct preposition. They all look right to me.
1. Book is on the table.
2. Book is at the table.
3. I am in my school
4. I am at my school.

Our normal speech pattern would be to say:

1. Book is on the table.
The/A book is on the table.

2. The/A book is at the table.
This would not likely be said, except under some kind of unusual circumstance, none of which I cannot think of at the moment.

3. I am in my school
Not normally said. The most common wording would be, "in my class", or "in my room". We might, however, say we are in the school building, or just in the building.

We've covered this before with others. We generally use "in" to mean "inside", a specific place inside, while "at" usually just means a location. So you would be "at" the school, but "in" a room inside the school, or building.

And I hope this isn't confusing, but you can be "at" your desk, "in" your room/office, "at" your school/office building. If you are wondering why "at" is used for your desk, it is because you can sit "in" your chair, but not "in" your desk.

4. I am at my school.
Okay. This just specifies the location, but not a specific place at that location.
