Hi again everyone! I've run into a difficult term: "estimo". It's a subject on a university syllabus, faculty of Architecture. "Estimo" is the discipline concerned with the "Determinazione del valore di beni immobili e della loro rendita; disciplina che studia i criteri di tale valutazione: e. catastale (Sabatini Coletti Dictionary). Could it be "real estate appraisal"? I've found that "estimo" as a discipline is "appraisal" (see Hoepli dictionary online). I've also found that "estimo catastale" is "cadrastal survey". Anyway, I do think that "real estate appraisal" might be a good translation. What do you think? Thank you!

Hi 76Betty!

I think you are right with both your translations. I checked both of them with Garzanti dictionaries.

Best,
Elisa
