I am somewhat surprised no one has volunteered any help on this topic. I don't know the rules, if there are any, but can offer an opinion as a native speaker on how we use the word.
To my knowledge I have prepared the following list, kindly review it, in case if I missed out anything about "Should" related rules, please add it.

should:
Giving advice, opinions
you should finish the work without pending (I'm assuming by pending you mean 'delay'?).
You should speak to him about it.
He should see a doctor.
All good.

Negative:
you should not violate the traffic rules.
you should not add more sugar in to your coffee.
developers should not give the company secrets to others.
Priya should not walk fast now.
All good.

Question :
should I?
should I pay the money?
where should I pay the money?
All good.

Negative :
shouldn't I?
shouldn’t I give any suggestions ?
why shouldn’t I take this food ?
Good.
===============================================================================================
should have + p.p => for common suggestion for the past action

Priya should have asked for a good doctor.
you should have been at home last night.
you should have chatted in your college days.
you should have done it before giving for production, I don’t know why you didn’t ?
you should have eaten before reaching to arriving at the office.

Negative :
should not have + pp
priya should not have spoken like that.
You should not have eaten at road side hotels.
Ok.
Question:
I guess no question for this type (should have + p.p)
Usually, you would put a pronoun between 'should' and 'not' when forming questions. EX: Should I not have come in today? Should you not do the right thing?

==============================================================================
should be:

Your mind should be the culprit so you are not able to work ship (worship?) the God.
It should be in flammable inflammable material.
you should be good.
Ok.

Negative :
Iit should not be a snake.
He should not be a doctor.

Question : --- I think no question for (should be) type.
You can make questions such as this. EX: He shouldn't be a doctor? It shouldn't be here?
=============================================================================

should be + p.p

This task should be finished by our team.
It should be completed with in within two days."
OK.

Negative :
should not be + p.p
outside non veg (not a word, I think.) food should not be eaten by us. Better to say, "Only vegetables should be eaten outside the home.
unwanted expenses should not be raised in family life.
un boiled (no such word, I think) water should not be drunk by children. Better to say, "Water that has not been boiled..."
vehicles should not be kept left unattended without locking them.

Question:
I guess no question for this type.
Unwanted expenses should not be allowed? Vehicles should not be left unlocked?
=================================================================

Should have been + p.p

you should have been taken the medicine
The Indians should have been played playing well
you should have been eaten full, satisfied, satiated well before starting the class

Hi Raman!

You have chosen a very large subject!

I am going to copy your post, and insert my answers in colour (it's easier that way).

***********************
should:
Giving advice, opinions also indicating 'the correct thing to do'.

you should finish the work without delay/waiting. (the use of 'should' is correct)
You should speak to him about it.
He should see a doctor.

Negative:
you should not violate the traffic rules.
you should not add more sugar to your coffee.
developers should not give the company secrets to others.
Priya should not walk fast now.

Question:
should I?
should I pay the money?
where should I pay the money?

Negative:
shouldn't I?
shouldn’t I give any suggestion ?
why shouldn’t I take this food ?

===============================================================================================
should have + p.p => for common suggestion for the past action (also indicating the correct action - stronger than a suggestion)

Priya should have asked for a good doctor.
you should have been at home last night.
you should have chatted in your college days.
you should have done it before giving for production, I don’t know why you didn’t?
you should have eaten before reaching the office.

Negative:
should not have + pp
priya should not have spoken like that.
You should not have eaten at road side hotels.

Question:
I guess no question for this type (should have + p.p)
Positive questions:
"Should I have eaten before I came?"
"Should she have studied English language, as well as literature?"

Negative questions:
"Should I not have kicked him?" or "Shouldn't I have kicked him?" = NOTE this means "I did not kick him, would the correct action have been to kick him?"
"Should I have not kicked him?" = NOTE this means "I did kick him, would it have been more correct to not kick him?"
"Shouldn't she have gone in?" = "She did not go in. I think it would have been correct if she went in. Do you not agree?"

I will continue shortly!

What is stronger and weaker we see in the acronym (with two vowels added to make a word we can pronounce) MoSCoW from a RAD application (a kind of concept/philosophy if you like).
Requirements of the client we
Must have
Should have
Could have and last (the lowest priority)
Would have if we have time

... Continued

should be:
"The correct action is", or "the correct state of being is":

Your mind should be the culprit so you are not able to work ship the God. (I don't understand this sentence at all. I guess it should be 'worship', but even so, it makes no sense.)
It should be inflammable material.
you should be good.
"She should be heavier, she is too thin."

Negative:
It should not be a snake. (This is grammatically correct, but does not make sense. A snake cannot be anything other than a snake, so saying it should be something else is not really logical)
He should not be a doctor.
"It should not be so cold. There should not be snow in May!"

Question: --- I think no question for (should be) type.
"Should he be here?"
"Should I be a doctor or a teacher?"
"Should that elephant be in the living-room?"

Negative question:
"Shouldn't that car be on the road, not on the footpath?"
"Shouldn't they be green? I thought all leaves were green."

=============================================================================

should be + p.p

This task should be finished by our team.
It should be completed within two days.
We should be travelling south, to reach Australia.

Negative:
should not be + p.p (shouldn't be + p.p.)
outside non veg food should not be eaten by us. ('should' is used correctly, but the sentence is strange - "Meat should not be eaten by vegetarians.")
unwanted expenses should not be raised in family life.
un boiled water should not be drunk by children.
vehicles should not be kept without locking.
(you seem to be "straining" to find sentences)
"That should not be seen, it is disgusting!"
"Smoking should not be permitted."
"Food should not be eaten in church."

Question:
I guess no question for this type.
"Should he be eating here?"
"Should I be walking or running?"
""Should that horse be galloping in the school corridor?"
"Should we be eating oysters at this time of year?"

Negative question:
"Shouldn't I be running?"
"Shouldn't he be eating now?"
"Shouldn't that horse be outside?"

=================================================================

Should have been + present.participle

you should have been taken the medicine ("You should have taken the medicine." or "You should have been taking the medicine.")
Indians should have been played well ("India should have played well." or "India should have been playing well.")
you should have been eaten well before starting the class (this means "Something should have eaten you before the class." - it should be "You should have eaten well, before starting the class.")
"We should have been playing New Zealand yesterday, but it rained all day."
"The rose trees should have been blooming by March, but it's too cold."
"She should have been speaking at the meeting, but she was ill."

Negative:
"She shouldn't have been arriving here until ten-o'-clock, but the bus was very early."
"He shouldn't have been eating here, but he could not get home in time."

Negative Question:
"Shouldn't she have been arriving at ten-o'-clock?"
"Shouldn't he have been eating at home?"

=====================================

Should have been + p.p (passive)

"It should have been done by six-o'-clock."
"They should have been eaten yesterday. They are starting to go mouldy now."
"The medicine should have been taken before now."
"All food should have been eaten before class.

negative:
"It should not have been seen yet, it was a secret."
"She should not have been allowed out alone, she was not well."
"The house should not have been built in that position, it's too windy there."

question:
"Should it have been finished by now?"
"Should the cat have been allowed in the house?"
"Should the potatoes have been cooked before we added the herbs?"

negative question:
"Shouldn't the food be cooked before calling everyone to eat?"
"Shouldn't we be informed when they are coming?"
"Shouldn't he wave that red flag when he's going to start?"
