We have a nice game of doubling consonants.

In this game as the title shows we can use all existing consonants.

Example from cat we can make car, at or cast

Another animal to get your brains working: duck

IMc, I'm fairly sure that 'i' is a vowel. Shame on you

Klaas V, just to check the rules. We can change the order of the remaining letters and change the vowels, right? Otherwise this is going to be the shortest game in history.

buck (or Buick) --> brick

Sorry to correct you, McR, but you added a vowel and changed a consonant. I'd say left => elf (changing the order is allowed)

There is nothing in the rules about what to do with the vowels. Let's decide now only change is allowed?

It's your game, Klaas. You tell us what to do. Whistle

I think you just killed the game Klaas, or at least stifled it. We are now stuck with words that only contain one vowel??

How many consonants do you think we can add to that??? Oh well,

elf-->let
