What do you say for a problem or condition which seems impossible to be solved.

My dic says: deadlock, gordian knot, impasse, tangle...

The results from your dictionary are good.

You can also use insoluable, second definition (TFD), unsolvable (TFD), or unresolvable (TFD)

How about: insurmountable, unconquerable?

With all these words would be good if advanced by the word 'seems' else it would literally mean, unable to be solved - as fact.

Can we say:

I have been deadlocked?

Or any other one which will go well.

No i don't think you can really say that. What i think you can say is "I am facing a deadlock". Deadlock as a verb might, however, be used in saying "The situation was deadlocked"

It would be "I am deadlocked" rather than "I have been deadlocked" IMNSHO.

How about a metaphor, such as "I've hit a brick wall"?

I'd vote for none of these two. I'd still say I'm in a deadlock.
