Hi, Does 'I have feelings for you' mean 'I'm in love with you'? What does it mean if not?
Thanks.

I would not quite agree with Sushants.
A person usually uses this phrase to indicate the POSSIBILITY that they might be falling in love with someone.

To feel for someone is to have empathy for that person. To mean having love for the person I think, is a little far fetched!
Cheers!

there is a difference between " I feel for you" - I empathise and " I have feelings for you" which means either I really fancy you but I am too scared or embarrassed or cautious to say " I love you" at this stage in our relationship.
or
I have feelings for you.... but.... I don't love you. I am cheating on you/dumping you/moving to Tibet/.....etc

Yeah, in Thar's last instance the phrase "It's not you, it's me" usually makes its appearance too.

Thank you all of you for all your comments. Does when 'someone has feelings for you' mean he/she is interested in you and also would like to date you to get to know you better?
Is there any difference between 'have feelings for someone' and 'have a crush on someone' when they refer to liking that person romantically?
Thanks.

Sushants,
Sorry mate - you've lost me.(I am confused).
"Just chill?" What did I say to make it seem as though I wasn't already chilled? Did I give the impression I was angry about something? If so, I apologise. Was just answering the question. No anger involved.
And your 'just joking' - about what? About your OP? It was just a joke?
Once again - am rather confused about what you mean but can only apologise if you got the idea I was pissed off about something.
