Salut tout le monde!

C'est la première fois que je viens à ce forum pour poser une question. Je ne suis pas très bon en français, et j'ai besoin de votre aide.
je veux être sûr de la traduction de la phrase suivante:
"the purchase of corporation securities —stocks and bonds", dans ce contexte:

In the capitalist countries the characteristic form of long-term credit is the purchase of corporation securities —stocks and bonds. Because the corporation form of enterprise organization predominates in the leading sectors of the capitalist economy, the issue of stocks and bonds reaches enormous dimensions.....

J'ai beaucoup aimé la paragraphe et Je veux l'inclure dans mon exposé que je prépare sur le sujet "Les différents types de crédits"..
je serai reconnaissant si vous pourriez m'aider.
Je me demande si Je peux la traduire de cette façon: "l'achat des valeurs mobilières d'une société -des actions et des obligations".
Je ne suis pas certain de la traduction du mot "corpoation" dans le contexte ci-dessus.

Merci beaucoup et thanks a lot et شكرا جزيلا.

Salut, et bienvenue, Khalid Sami, tu y as arrivé.

Cheers, and welcome Khalid Sami, you are in the right place.

Et puis, tu as raison.

I only have a slight doubt that "valeurs mobilières" is perfectly synonymous with "securities", because the French phrase refers only to private trades, and the English word includes trades both private and in the public market.

In the capitalist countries the characteristic form of long-term credit is the purchase of corporation securities —stocks and bonds.
