I have emailed (to) you the notes you asked me for.

Is the sentence better with the "to"?

Thanks.

____________

" To" is not required. The use of "to" is appropriate in passive voice patterns like "has been emailed to me".

I agree with Sureshot: your sentence would be better without the "to"--but it is OK with the "to".
