Last week, I submitted my resume to a company. They replied to me and said:

(1) Thank you for submitting your resume with us.

I thought it would be: (2) Thank you for submitting your resume to us.

What does 'with us' mean? Thank you very much.

"To us" is more common and accepted in AE. Less common (but used in BE) is "lodging your response with us".

And in BE too.

Yes. But not "submitting your resume with us".

Disagree. "submitting your resume with us" is not correct in AmE. You may, however, submit your resume to us.
