In Justice League, Martha admits the truth. Quote:"Truth is, the house is too big for me to live in by myself, anyway." In Iron-man, Tony admits the truth. The truth is..I am Iron-man. Why the second dialogue has a "the"? What's the difference?

You.omit some words in natural conversation.
The 'the' is grammatically correct but omitted in natural speech.

“Why the second dialogue has a "the"?
Because Tony is making a formal statement rather than speaking in a naturalistic way. It’s the same reason why the court oath says “The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth” .
