Are these grammatically correct?

1 I have gone to London many times in my life. (I know "been" sounds better but is "gone" impossible?)

2 I haven't gone to University for six months.

3 We are having a great time here in Japan. Every day we go sightseeing. We have gone to a lot of museums and galleries.

No, not if you are talking about your lifetime. That is life experience and is your present condition.
"gone" only works if you are talking about the logistics of the trip.
> I want to go to London but I have heard the train is slow and expensive. I am not sure if I want to go.
>> I have gone to London by train several times. It is not too bad.

2 I haven't gone to University for six months.
This would mean you have been skipping lectures, and you wouldn't say 'to univerdity'.
I haven't gone to any lectures for sixth months. The university says they are throwing me off the course.

3 We are having a great time here in Japan. Every day we go sightseeing. We have gone to a lot of museums and galleries.
It is possible, but it is just not as natural as 'have been'.
If it were a particular form of transport, or something you 'go on', then maybe.
We have been to a lot of museum.
We have gone on a lot of boat trips, and I haven't been sick on any of them.
Even then, it is possibly more natural to say
we have been on a lot of boat trips.

To have been somewhere is to have visited there = go there and come back. So you use go when they are still there or if they never came back.

Thank you, Thar!
If this is wrong "I have gone to London many times in my life".

Why is this OK?

I have gone to church for all my life.

Is this correct? I have gone to church many time during my life.

yes, because you
Go fishing
Like you
go swimming
Play football

It means to participle in the activity. As a recreation. It wouldn't work for a professional fisherman.
So it is a particular use of 'go'.
