This definition is vague for me. Is skeptic a person who doubt about every thing?

No, not everything. Notice the definition says it's someone who disagrees with particular claims. The skeptic may have firm belief in many areas, but have doubts about others. So if the person has doubts about some particular idea, they may be called a skeptic on that topic.

Sometimes, however, a person who simply evaluates before making a decision is labeled as a skeptic, but that isn't an accurate label. That person is simply waiting for more evidence before committing to an opinion or belief.

I disagree with that definition, a skeptic disagrees with things that other people believe to be true , but that does not make those beliefs objectively true.

One great skeptic was James Randi, a stage illusionist who spent his last life proving people like Yuri Gellar who claimed to be able to bend spoons with his mind wrong.
I am a skeptic about people who think the Egyptian pyramids were built by aliens in UFOs.
