The goal I am working on is to read at least 10 articles a day (for a given number of day). It didn't work properly yesterday. Again today, it isn't working properly. I have looked up at least 6 words this morning and have received credit for only 1.

I was able to achieve yesterday's goal of 10 articles (words looked up) by reading an EXCESS of them -- getting credit sometimes, eventually getting to 10.

Please check into this and correct it.

Edit to add -- No, I am not being awarded the usual neurons (5) for reading these.

Please press CTRL-F5 the next time you use our site in Chrome; the site should be working properly now. Please let us know if it is not.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm sorry to hear that. When you say that you get credit sometimes for reading articles, do you ever receive 5 neurons or is it always 1 neuron per article?

IT is the correct number of neurons when it does award them. The problem has the appearance of the game ignoring (not receiving?) the event of having read a definition or article sometimes. Kind of a hit & miss thing.

It is possible that the page of the definition or article is being closed or left too quickly. Please be sure to remain on a given definition or article for at least 5–10 seconds, otherwise the system will not register the action and award neurons. Please let us know if the problem still persists.

I"ll watch that, and make note here.
