Hyphenation of heart-to-heart
Are you trying to hyphenate heart-to-heart? Unfortunately it cannot be hyphenated because it only contains one syllable.

Why aren’t high-spirited or higgledy-piggledy Idioms? Would they be if they weren’t hyphenated ?
