Why should this be 'which is to take care of'?

I dont' think "taking care ore her" is wrong.

Yes, I thought 'is taking' is wrong since I asked this in another thread too.

Both "...which is taking care of her" and "...which is to take care of her" are "correct" and acceptable and good English. But "...which is taking care of her" is more idiomatic and is what most native English speakers would say.
