My son plays the bayblade in the beystadium.
He looks closely to the bayblade. I warned him to move back as bayblade might fall apart and hit his face.

"Move back. Later the bayblade might fall apart." I told him.

How to say it naturally?

I was unfamiliar with this and had to look it up to understand what this is. I see now it is a game of spinning tops.

To answer your question, I would say, "Move back. The bayblade may/might come apart and pieces of it could hit your face." Or, a more simple instruction, "Move back. Parts could come off and hit your face."

Yes, 'fall' suggests a downward collapse.

(Ignore the writing, it is a political cartoon - I am just using it to show the car 'falling apart')

'Fly apart / fly off' suggests a more dangerous situation where the bits could go up or sideways - what you are worried about.

'Come off' or 'come apart' is more neutral. It does not imply collapsing downwards or moving off at speed, but it can include those meanings. It might even be just that when you pull it with your hand it comes off.
