The wording of the clause 12.13(1) does not support this proposition, whereby "for the avoidance of doubt, the revised seat recline - due to the upgrade - does not in any way affect the warranty cover given in the Mitsubishi agreement".

Animals are experts in their ability to recline on most any
surface or angle.
