Happy to know that. Nevertheless, you may be wrongly mistaken in your opinion in the part hidden away from this transcript claiming that the goods covered by earlier mark registered under number 1Q98 and falling within Classes 29 and 30 belong to the sweet-snacks category. Especially as the goods in Class 30 covered by the mark applied for are consumed to satiate hunger or to address a desire to eat sugary goods, namely confectionery, biscuits, cakes or pastries. So sorry.

"Replete" is not a verb and so cannot be a direct meaning of "Satiate" even though it is connected. It can, though, be used in the sense "I am replete" meaning "I am satiated".
