Can anyone explain me what "copping mine" means in a sentence "You've been copping mine" (it's from a song by M.I.A. - XXXO).

AS an old crusty, I really can't get my heart up to listen.
If it helps, "copping" in BE slang, means to get, receive, as in "you copped a hard one" (to a boxer after being hit hard)
It is also used in the sense of "taking" which might be relevant to the song? In that sense, and without looking at the lyrics "copping mine" may be used in the sense of "I've been sleeping with your girl, but you''ve been copping mine (i.e. you returned the favour"

To Cop something is to get something. If you are copping keys then you are getting keys.

Thank you all for your help :)

The most relevant in this context seems to be "talking".
