- This remarkable event made a profound shift in China's process of unification by dethroning this ruler-general and finishing the Southern Song Dynasty.
- His death, as a martial outcome, perhaps, lest fewer shadows on his life then the entire sum of the events that took place after it and lasted longer than his life. Until today, his legendary shadow still covers many Chinese minds and has been perpetuating as the chronicles of his times still are existing today.
