↑I've had mangosteen in drinks, but have never seen the fruit. At first, it looked like a contrived food item.

I'm not a big fan of tropical fruit,I find the texture and smell a bit yucky for the most part,in drinks its just fine..I just sunk my teeth into a Macintosh apple, they are in season right now, just perfectly nice and crispy.

I'm not too fond of fruit in general. It's been like this for ages, and I can't even tell when it begun. My choice is usually limited to one or a mix of these: a crispy and tangy apple, delicious raspberries, or a handful of blueberries.

I don't care for tropical fruit, either, and I agree that some of the juices mix well in drinks.
The nectarine is my favorite fruit in the summer.

DM you know I've notice that in many folks that are from northern countries with long harsh winters, they are not big on fruit,I would think the reasons is until just recent history they didn't have much access to fruit except or maybe wild berries and such.
luv the the nectarine to,Cheers Alice

:) As a child, growing up in Southern California, it seemed strange that people would ship fruit at holidays.
