I've found that some people are turned off by tomatoes that aren't red, but, aside from the flavors being slightly different, they seem just as enjoyable.

Indeed :) a market I go to always sells a package of different colored tomatoes they're called "heirloom" tomatoes, they come from your neck of the woods.

Every year during the holidays my brother as his yearly sphaghetti dinner to raise funds for a homeless shelter for kids,he does it in his home, anyone can come, give as much as they want and bring toys for kids. The pot below is this years sauce for the dinner.

↑So, how was it? It looks tasty.

Here's something if you're in the mood for a decadent-sounding dessert.
It has kumquats, oranges & whisky...

This how Orange Chicken usually looks here. It's not one of my faves in the area of Chinese food.
Yours is more appealing.

That looks good. I'd throw some avocado on it.

Here's a pomegranate & pear salad with spinach...

^^ Looks delicious

Fruit & veggie smoothies. I'm not a big fan of smoothies, but from time to time I make and drink one.

^^ Looks amazing

This was my favourite dessert when I was a kid - buns with blueberries or strawberries or apple and cinnamon baked by my mother.

My dad's buckwheat pancakes were great, unlike the photo below his was thin like a crepe, for Acadians in Canada it was a sub for bread.

^^ They look really good. I like buckwheat, but odly enough I've never tried buckwheat pancakes.

Despite many trials, I can't make thin pancakes, unlike my mother. Another taste I remember from my childhood is my mom's waffles. They were simply amazing.
