Please help me here;

-He has killed him in the morning.
Is "Has Killed" him a transitive verb?

He has already travelled.
A book tells me that 'already' qualifies 'Has Travelled', I'm thinking it qualifies only travelled because that is the verb which comes immediately after 'Travelled'. What do you say

-He drives very fast.
Is 'Fast' qualifying 'drives'? And as well is 'very' qualifying 'fast'?

-He has been told to go.
Please, what is the transitive verb in this statement?

-He is a man of purpose.
Is 'Of purpose'
qualifying 'a man' or is qualifying 'man' only?
Thank you

NOT A TEACHER

I believe that you are 100% correct. Congratulations!

He = subject.
drives= the verb.
fast = the adverb modifies the verb.
very = the adverb modifies the adverb.

He + drives + very fast.
