Who's enjoying reading a book over and over again? There is no use to reading any book over and over again! Even it is the 'Playboy', men get tire of reading (the word 'watching' is more suitable here) it, every month there is a new issue.Shame on you

Oscar is right. A good book is always reread, often quoted and again reread.

Oscar Wilde/Quotes
I can resist everything except temptation.
We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.
What is a cynic? A man who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing.
To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.
Experience is simply the name we give our mistakes.
To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.
Some cause happiness wherever they go; others whenever they go.
The truth is rarely pure and never simple.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken
A dreamer is one who can only find his way by moonlight, and his punishment is that he sees the dawn before the rest of the world.

I think he is being a bit pompous there. There are all kinds of books - life partners, old friends you like to meet up with every once in a while - and hot one-night stands. They all have their place! Whistle

One must read a book in order to know that it isn't worth reading even once...

Some books I've read well over 50 times...great books! Usually little ones, mind you, like The Last Unicorn and The Little Prince. War and Peace doesn't really need to be read more than half a dozen times in one's lifetime...I've only read it twice, I think. Whistle

In reading a good book, a particularly well written page or pages may be read and reread at the time in savoring a distinctive quality. Just saying.
