Is there an easy website where i can learn how to differenciate the use of futrure perfect, future perfect continuous, and regular future?

More generally, if you use Google as a search engine (or, most likely, any other search engine), type in:

Grammar: and then whatever you are trying to look up.

for example
Grammar: future perfect, future perfect continuous, future tense

You will get a list of a lot of sites. Some will be more useful than others, but I also find that a site which is not so good on one topic may have a very clear explanation on a different topic.

In this case, you might try two or three searches:
Grammar: future tense
Grammar: perfect tenses

OR
Grammar: future tense
Grammar: future perfect tense
Grammar: future perfect continuous tense
