I believe it is a combination between intoxicated and technology. I found it in some article about accidents occurred to drivers using the cellphone while driving.

None of the standard dictionaries I consulted (including OED & Merriam-Webster) had the word.

Looking at the (probable) roots, one basically gets nonsense:
tricae = perplexities or tangles
ex = out (of)
in = into

Etrusca is right. "Intexticated" refers to sending text messages while driving a vehicle.

Nope! wrong spelling. SKs OP says INTEXICATE. It refers to a young woman from Dallas, (younger sister of Debbie) called Cate who met some Cowboys...they made a video...the rest is history..(laughs)Shhh
