I don't know whether I like this quote or not.
I laughed so heartily reading it that I guess I probably liked it.
What about it made me laugh like that? Well..

DragO's Albert Einstein's quote reminded me of this one and I decided to put it on here.

It's been re-worded here and there, but I do not know where it originally came from.

Good thought Klaatu - nice try, but no cigar.

The original German reads "Was mich nicht umbringt, macht mich stärker" - What doesn't kill me makes me stronger".

i like freedom quotes cos they just sound so inspirationalApplause

If the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.
-George Washington

The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.
-Albert Camus

For to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.
-Nelson Mandela

What light is to the eyes - what air is to the lungs - what love is to the heart, liberty is to the soul of man.
-Robert Green Ingersoll

DICKENS'S SHORT STORY "HOLIDAY ROMANCE" IS SURELY A MUST-READ.
VERY ENTERTAINING JUST LIKE LOOKING AT CATS' PHOTOS OR WATCHING THEIR VIDEO'S.

Some of my favorite quotes I don't know who said it first but i use them all the time.

If you see a need and wait to be asked, you are already half way to no.

He who can laugh at himself will be eternally amused.

I like Gibran. He said about this about greed. "And what is fear of need but fear itself. Is not dread of thirst when your well is full, the thirst that cannot be filled."

And for the politics, this one is proving to be the most accurate of all quotes.

All politicians lie to us with conviction thru their teeth.
