She has a lot of story books.
I asked her, "Which books you read the most?"
She answered me, "The most I read is cinderella."

Does it make sense?

I can understand you, but the word order is not quite right.

I asked her, "Which books do you read the most?"
She answered me, "The one I read [the] most [often] is cinderella."

The words in [brackets] are optional, yet they give the sentence the sort of natural rhythm that a native speaker would use.

This way sounds better.

As a native speaker, I can say that leonAzul is correct. Speak to the hand

I asked her, "Which books do you read the most?"
She answered, "The one I read most often is Cinderella."

The sentence does have a natural rhythm...(and most importantly, Cinderella is my favorite fairy tale!)
