Hi there!

I was wondering if the following sentences are all correct.

These unpleasant situations are triggering victims to suffer from anxiety.

These unpleasant situations are triggering victims suffer from anxiety.

If I were in their shoes, things would be very different.

Were I in their shoes, things would be very different.

I'm very grateful in advance for your help.

Cheers!

The first two don't work well. The wording would be different. We'd normally say, "These unpleasant situations are triggering anxiety in victims".

If I were in their shoes, things would be very different. This one sounds natural.

This one could be said, but isn't a common way of speaking. It's more formal in tone.

I'm very grateful in advance for your help.

Cheers!
