Are these sentences grammatically correct and natural enough?

Wrapped in a warm blanket on a foggy morning; dewdrops on the glass-panes of your window; hot steamed pithas (cakes) ー aren't all these images associated with certain precious memories of Winter for us? But for some, winter means fear. For some helpless families who battle against poverty every day, the cold weather means living in fear of whether a patched-up old blanket or two pieces of cloth will even be enough to help them survive the onslaught of winter. Against the backdrop of the ongoing pandemic, the necessities of life are scarce and blankets are a luxury for the helpless. Death from the cold weather is often reported in the news. It is not an uncommon incidence. However, it is an entirely preventable one.The goal of Project Kombol's Winter Drive 2021-22 is to spread the warmth and deliver blankets to the cold-stricken of at least 10 districts. Your donation deserves to make a difference in the lives of people who have faced one cruel calamity after another. To ease the hardships of winter in those who have faced one calamity after another, we need your help. By donating some money you can save someone from the hardships of winter.

All your sentences read well and sound natural. However, I see you begin with a bullet point followed by several clauses separated with semi-colons. Beginning this way seems odd without knowing what came before this. Also, semi-colons usually separate complete clauses with their own subject and verb. It may okay, but it just felt a bit strange to me when I read it, as if something is missing.
