It's amazing how youthful she looks at her age.

It's amazing how young she looks at her age.

What's the difference in meaning?

No difference actually. You can use both words.
Look up TFD if you can find any.

Even in Turkish the meaning of genç and gençlik are the same.

There is a little difference. "Youthful" means "like a youth, like a young person", whereas "young" means "not old, not as old as". HM Queen Elizabeth is in her mid 90s. She's old, and she looks it. But she doesn't (in my opinion) look like she's in her mid 90s: I would say that she looks to be in her early 80s, perhaps; so to me, she looks young for her age, or somewhat younger than her real age. But she doesn't by any means look like she looked when she came to the throne at age 25, nearly 70 years ago. You can't say she looks youthful.

Also, youthful is not only looks but attitude, being 'young at heart'.

Youthful is usually used in contrast you their natural age, which is older. Also, it only works for older people where it is considered good to look younger than you are. Not for young people who don't look as old as they would like.

If someone is young, that is a fact.

If someone has youthful enthusiasm, that may be because they are young.
But if they have a youthful appearance etc, that is their unwrinkled skin, free movement or adventurous attitude.

Young describes a time in a person's life. You can not be young at 70. However, you can be young at heart, you are only young until a certain age.

Youthful describes a state of mind. Anyone can act or be or seem youthful. A 70 year old person who is young at heart or a child who is giggling and giddy. You can be youthful forever.

I think they are different.

I'm glad I did a bit of thinking. Thank you.
