My last job was an article titled/entitled "A Guide on Fiber-optic Networks, Hands-on Training for Network Administrators"

Are both the above correct?

You can use both words, but title is always reserved for naming someone or something, while entitle can be used to allow someone to do something.

I'm entitled to have a beer after sauna, perhaps titled a beer lover.

Yes, both are correct. "Titled" simply means that what follows is the title of the piece. "Entitled" means you have given the piece this title.

And JJ is correct that "entitled" also has another meaning, but it doesn't fit here.
