Does "sleep oneself out" mean to have good sleep?

I've been unable to sleep myself out for a week.

makes sense?

No it’s not natural to me.
I have been unable to get a good nights rest.
I haven’t have a good nights sleep.
I have had insomnia all week.

We don’t “sleep oneself out” it’s not a turn of phrase we use.

I agree. It doesn't sound natural to me.
