Are these sentences correct:

1) Those are your books to take to your office and those are your books to take home.

2) That is your file to study tonight, and that is your file to study tomorrow.

Gratefully,

They sound unnatural.

1) Those are your books to take to your office and those are your books to take home.
This could make sense if there were more than one person's books (yours and other people's), all of them divided in two groups for each of you - those to take to the office and those to take home.
A rare occurrence indeed!
In all the other cases, you'd say "Those are THE books for the office and those are for home".

2) That is your file to study tonight, and that is your file to study tomorrow.
Same thing.
It would be more natural to say "That is the file you should study tonight and that's the one for tomorrow", or something similar.

Those books are for your office and those (ones) are for home.

That's your file to study tonight and that one is for you to study tomorrow.

just sayin'
