The People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) had participated in the 1979 Islamic Revolution that replaced the Shah with the government led by Ayatollah Khomeini. The PMOI's ideology, described by the US State Department Country Report on Terrorism 2010 as "a blend of Marxism, feminism, and Islamism", was at odds with the post-revolutionary government who refused to kowtow. In 1981, its leadership and some members fled Iran. From abroad the PMOI's leadership in 1981 began supporting Iraq in war against Iran. PMOI facilitated terrorist activities in Iran.

Do chinês ketou, ao pé da letra “bater a cabeça”, faz referência ao antigo costume chinês de ajoelhar-se diante de alguém e tocar o chão com a testa para mostrar respeito, reverência e submissão.

From Chinese ketou, literally "hit the head", it refers to the ancient Chinese tradition of kneeling before someone and touch the ground with the forehead as a sign of respect. And I was thinking about cows!
