"Our happiness depends on wisdom all the way." Ok
However, being aware of the corruption in my country (Brazil) we really need wisdom to achieve a good life.

What do you think that "shack up" means?

Ambiguous terms to be viewed in the light most favorable to the stockholder franchise.

What does it mean?

In my opinion this phrase is better:

Ambiguous terms to be viewed in the light most favorable to the stockholder interests.

Is it the same?

Our Brazilian President, Dilma Rousseff, has been committing many gaffes. However, she is not telling the truth in her campaign.
