Hi, guys
There a mug that says "you want it when?" in the movie called Zootopia. But I don't think I really understand its meanings.

What is meant by "you want it when?"
Maybe It means "when do you use the mug?".
For things, We have no chance to use them.
In the moive, the sloth have no time to touch his mug, because he is so slow.
Am I right?

Neil Armstrong's words on first setting foot on the moon, in 1969. A strong contender as the most famous line ever to have been uttered.

What is meant by A strong contender as the most famous line ever to have been uttered?

Does as mean because? Does line mean saying? Does the contender refer to Neil Armstrong?

A number is represented in base 10 with no superfluous leading zero.

in base 10 means a decimal system ,namely, one of numbers '0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9'. Am I right?


I don't know what is meant by 'with no superfluous leading zero.'

Leading zero means 0 is a prefix. But what is no superfluous leading zero?

because of make up = make amends so, redeem = atone




Could I say like following?
I would redeem for my former mistakes.
I would atone for my former mistakes.

I divide the sentence into three small sentences, but I don't know what is meant by map to.

Is like this the way of use, acquir something with something, correct?

I find nothing like this in many dictionaries, including TFD.
Maybe way of my searching online dictionary have some issues. I don't know.

I guess 'the skill that can be acquired and developed with practice' means 'people can acquir the skill by practising constantly'



So, according to different context, the preposition 'with' of the phrase 'acquire with' have different meanings. Am I right?

Or, those ways are incorrect. they need to be rewrited like this:
Active listening is a skill that can be acquired and developed by(instead of with) practice.

designer Google acquired and(instead of with) his smart thermostat firm Nest


English is always confused me.
