Hi Mg !

I feel 1st & 2nd sentences will sound more natural if written thus:

Had you not made those changes, what would have been the outcome?
Had you not made those changes, what would have happened?

where as the 3rd one sounds perfect.

that's the sure shot formulae...as our vitamin D level depends on both, calcium intake and sun exposure, of course in both in moderation.

'Work colleague' sounds like a term coined by an ignorant person in a hurry. 'Colleague' implies people from work.

It seems none of you've come across it...I'am quite surprised :Drool

"Work colleague" isn't a known phrase. You have just found out someone has written it like that. Co-worker or colleague would do fine.

JJ, I've come across this phrase many a times...but last, which I clearly remember was in Elizabeth Gilbert's 'Eat, Pray and Love'...she's used it a couple of times in the book...since then I've been wondering about it's existence.

Ex, is it possible to alter someone?
I yearn to but got success none
am sure of the purity of my love
will it help the purpose to serve?
you have somehow, firmed my faith
can see my love pleading for a date.

(with the ring of course!)
