"Missing person" is a common phrase. "Persons missing" would also be grammatically correct, but it would sound somewhat unnatural (we would usually say "people" instead of "persons").

Please also note that "following" in the sentence means "after," not "observing/watching closely."

Are you referring to the WordHub app, the website, or the version on The Free Dictionary homepage?

If it's unclickable, that means it's already on the homepage. Look for it in the bottom left corner of the page. It's a small box that says "Recent searches."
