I am not ‘”s impaired"’. But after reading this quaint posting I have become a little 'impaired'.

Ceylon Tea [withered+dried] is very agreeable. Devonshire tea [dried?] and High Tea are even better.
In some (ex) British countries, ‘tea’ can still mean the main evening meal.
