I have been suffering from severe knee pain since the last 6 months. Consulted a doctor, he diagnosed as Osteoarthritis. Can anybody suggest ways to manage knee pain while performing daily activities?

Unloader Braces: These are prescribed to patients with Knee Osteoarthritis. It helps to reduce pain by making the knee bend in a direction away from the affected area.

Warm up
Strengthen the knee muscles with exercises
Maintain appropriate weight
Take proper rest and have sound sleep
Wear proper shoes

Any more suggestions?
