Would has different uses. One of them is to make the sentence polite e delicate.
Topic: Can you use either "give birth to a child" or "produce a child"?

"Produce a child" sounds very strange to me.
Topic: Do you know where is it?

Do you know where it is? This is the correct form. The second clause is not a question so we use the affirmative form (verb after the subject - where it is). The first clause is the interrogative clause (Do you Know?)

Loo is a very informal word for restroom in BE. In AE we would say "the john" informally.
Topic: have got to / got to / have to

"have to" , "have got to" e "got to" are different forms os the same expression. I have to go, I have got to go and I got to go mean absolutely the same. In "got to" we have what is called ellipsis ("have" is "hidden). Just that, as far as I know.
